11:00 AM to 7:00 PM Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Beach Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest services and creating memorable experiences for beachgoers. As a Beach Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all guests while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. This role requires strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage various tasks effectively. Duties Greet guests upon arrival and provide information about beach amenities, activities, and safety guidelines. Set up and maintain beach equipment, including umbrellas, chairs, and cabanas. Monitor guest activities to ensure safety compliance and assist with any needs or concerns. Assist in organizing beach events and activities for guests of all ages. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Collaborate with lifeguards to maintain a safe beach environment. Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of beach areas to uphold cleanliness standards. Promote additional services such as food service options and recreational activities available at the resort. Requirements Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred. Strong public speaking skills to effectively communicate with guests. Experience working with children is a plus, especially in organizing events or activities. Knowledge of conflict management techniques to handle guest concerns professionally. Familiarity with food service operations is beneficial for assisting in beachside dining experiences. A lifeguard certification is highly desirable but not mandatory; training may be provided. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team-oriented atmosphere.
