Pool and Beach Attendant Texas Hospitality Solutions Sunny Isles Beach, FL 33160 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Beach Attendant to join our team at a vibrant resort location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring guests have an enjoyable and safe experience on the beach. This role requires excellent guest service skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage various beach activities while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival and provide information about beach amenities and activities. Set up and maintain beach equipment such as umbrellas, chairs, and cabanas. Monitor beach areas to ensure guest safety and adherence to resort policies. Assist with events management by coordinating beach activities and special events for guests. Handle cash transactions for rentals or food service with accuracy. Provide conflict management support by addressing guest concerns or issues promptly. Collaborate with lifeguards to ensure a safe environment for all beachgoers. Maintain cleanliness of the beach area by picking up litter and ensuring facilities are well-kept. Engage with children and families to create a fun atmosphere while supervising activities. Experience Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred. Background in events management or theater is a plus, showcasing strong organizational skills. Experience working with children is beneficial for engaging younger guests effectively. Familiarity with food service operations can enhance guest experiences through quality service. Cash handling experience is essential for managing transactions smoothly. A lifeguard certification is highly desirable but not mandatory; training may be provided.
