A Pool and Beach Recreation Activities Attendant is responsible for ensuring a clean, safe and fun environment for guests at the pool in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

  What will I be doing?

As a Pool & Beach Recreation Attendant, you would be responsible for ensuring a clean, safe and fun environment for guests at the pool in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Efficiently check out and distribute fresh towels and stylish wristbands; ensuring guests feel welcome and well cared for.
Responsible for activities throughout the day for adults and children
Assist with the rental of beach cabanas and daybeds, while expertly setting up, breaking down and meticulously cleaning cabanas, chairs, umbrellas and towels
Creating inviting spaces for relaxation and fun
Operate computer systems to ensure accuracy in reservations and provide a seamless transaction experience; develop in depth knowledge of the Recreation Department’s programs, activities and events to effectively assist guests.
Deliver a high level of quality customer service through activities that consistently exceed our guest’s expectations, creating memorable experiences.
Monitor the use of the pool areas while performing basic maintenance and clean up duties across all recreation areas, including the pools and beach areas.
Assist with the setup, facilitation and breakdown of group recreation events What are we looking for?
