Pool Attendant Confidential Orlando, FL Overview We are a new property management company building a dedicated pool operations team. The Pool T ech will ensure proper operation and maintenance of pool and spa systems across multiple residential properties. Reporting to the Pool Manager and working closely with the Guest Experience and Maintenance teams, this role is responsible for maintaining high standards of pool equipment functionality and supporting a seamless guest experience. Key Responsibilities Operational & Technical Evaluate and perform repairs to pool and spa equipment. Activate or deactivate pool and spa heating systems based on guest requests and operational guidelines. Coordinate with Guest Experience and Maintenance teams to fulfill guest requests and resolve pool-related issues. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs. Handle and store chemicals and equipment according to safety protocols and regulations. Perform routine facility inspections to proactively identify maintenance needs. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving pool system malfunctions. Maintain a clean and organized work area with properly stored tools and materials. Perform additional duties as assigned. Support & Collaboration Work in alignment with team schedules and deadlines to ensure timely task completion. Support training efforts and provide guidance to fellow team members when needed. Promote a safe, professional, and collaborative work environment. Uphold strong service standards and maintain professional interactions with guests and vendors.
Qualifications Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in swimming pool maintenance, including equipment repairs. Prior experience handling and transporting pool chemicals and related tools.
Education & Certification:
Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification required.
Other Requirements:
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail. Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Must have a reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license.
