Pool Attendant Lake Buena Vista Resort & Spa 8113 Resort Village Drive, Orlando, FL 32821 Overview Lake Buena Vista Resort Village & Spa is currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Pool Attendants to join our team at a vibrant resort setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests at the pool area. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage various tasks efficiently while maintaining a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks:

Monitor pool activities to ensure guest safety and adherence to facility rules. Provide exceptional guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a pleasant experience for all visitors. Assist in organizing and managing poolside events, including games and activities for children and families. Handle cash transactions accurately for any poolside concessions or rentals. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool area, including furniture, towels, and supplies. Conduct regular inspections of the pool facilities to ensure safety standards are met. Engage with guests through public speaking during events or announcements, enhancing their overall experience. Collaborate with other hospitality staff to provide seamless service across the resort. Experience Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred. Familiarity with events management and conflict management skills is advantageous. Experience working with children in recreational settings is a plus. Background in theater or public speaking can enhance engagement with guests. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor are essential.
