The Recreation attendant will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety and overall residents experience at the amenity areas.
Requirements:
Must work weekends. Preferred CPR/AED certified. Possess strong customer service skills and deliver excellent guest service. – Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Possess agility to regularly lift up to 25 pounds.
Responsibilities:
Conduct regular checks to verify residents have appropriate credentials. Enforce Community standards and amenity rules to maintain a safe and orderly environment. Monitor pool area to ensure safety and promptly address any concerns, including closing outdoor amenities during threatening weather. Identify and report any maintenance issues or hazards in amenity areas. Keep amenity areas clean and well maintained. Assist in various community tasks to support overall operations.
