Love working with people and making their day better? This is the role for you! We’re searching for energetic, friendly, and outgoing individuals to join our Guest Experience team. As a Guest Experience Associate , you’ll be the one making sure every visitor has a memorable adventure, from interacting with animals to creating positive, lasting memories. If you’re passionate about guest service and love helping others, we’d love to have you on board!
What You’ll Do :
Bring the excitement to our guests by guiding them through the Aquarium’s exhibits, sharing interesting facts, and ensuring they have an amazing time. Assist with animal interactions to make sure every guest experience is both safe and fun. Stay on top of the daily schedule, ensuring all presentations and activities happen right on time. Be in-the-know about all the Aquarium’s latest additions, new animals, and guest offerings to provide the best possible experience. Spot opportunities to enhance guest experiences and recommend extra sales to help them get the most out of their visit. Keep the Aquarium looking its best by helping maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
