SCHEDULE/SHIFTS

Tuesday

  • Saturday or Sunday
  • Thursday 12:00pm
  • 8:30 P.

M. Variations in the schedule as necessary to include nights and weekends.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assists in planning and directing a program of recreational activities. Selects necessary materials, equipment, scenery, or costumes for planned recreational activities. Assists in the in-service training of new workers and staff development as necessary. Also, assists in carrying out formal training programs and entering the data into the PPS system. Observes and reports on the results and progress of recreational activities to include participation and reactions. Assists in supervising volunteer workers, attendants, or helpers. Coaches, instructs and supervises games, teams, and athletic events. Assists in organizing and supervising indoor games, dances and parties. Works with special groups or individuals. Requisitions and cares for recreational equipment. Related or other duties as required or assigned. Works on floor with direct care staff.
