Pool Attendant (Seasonal) River Bend Golf and Country Club 94 Shoreline Drive, New Bern, NC 28562 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Pool Attendant to join our team at our Golf Course. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all members and guests at the pool area. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage various tasks efficiently while providing exceptional guest experiences. Duties Monitor the pool area to ensure member and guest safety and compliance with all safety regulations. Check-in Members and Guests. Provide excellent guest services by greeting members and guests, answering questions, and addressing any concerns. Maintain cleanliness of the pool area, including seating, tables, and bathrooms. Handle member and guest transactions accurately for food and beverage service. Address conflicts or issues that may arise in a professional manner. Experience Previous experience in guest services or customer service roles is preferred. Experience in food service is a plus.
