Golf Cart Attendant Olde Sycamore Golf Plantation 7500 Olde Sycamore Drive, Mint Hill, NC 28227 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Cart Attendant to join our team. The Cart Attendant plays a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience by ensuring that carts are available, clean, and organized. This position requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to manage various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist them with their needs regarding cart services. Maintain cleanliness and organization of all carts, ensuring they are in good working condition. Collect and return carts to designated areas promptly. Assist guests with loading and unloading items from carts as needed. Monitor cart inventory levels and report any maintenance issues or shortages to management. Provide exceptional guest services, addressing any inquiries or concerns effectively. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless operation during busy periods. Uphold safety standards while handling carts and interacting with guests. Pick the driving range. Take out trash & recycling. Requirements Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
