Primary Responsibilities:

As a Pool Attendant , you play a key role in creating an exceptional resident experience through your warm hospitality and sharp eye for detail. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who loves the outdoors, thrives on engaging with others, and takes pride in keeping things looking their best. As a Pool Attendant , your primary responsibilities include: Maintaining aesthetics of the pool area Obtain rent roll list of current resident names for check in/out Responsible for enforcing pools rules and confronting residents/guests who break the rules Uphold standards for pool etiquette Responds to pool resident requests and concerns Monitoring traffic reports and supporting the Manager as needed What you bring to the role: Excellent communication skills Ability to observe interactions between residents and guests to ensure incidents do not arise Interpersonal skills to diffuse any conflict with unruly residents/guests Must be a team player, patient, diplomatic, self-motivated, organized, have excellent verbal skills, and a positive and enthusiastic attitude Ability to work in high temperature conditions and stand for prolonged periods of time Schedule will include every weekend during the summer Must be available Saturday and Sunday for 8 hours per day Must be available July 4th and Labor Day What our culture brings to you: When you join Northwood Ravin , you are not just taking a job but becoming part of a community that values your well-being and professional growth.
