Promote golf activities to members and guests. Schedule starting times and registration for tournaments.

Details:

Job tasks include, but are not limited to: Advise members and guests concerning apparel, golf clubs, supplies, etc. Assist the Merchandise Manager with golf shop inventory Record all sales transactions Collect and record greens fees and cart rental fees Issue receipts for greens fees, cart rental fees, and other sales transactions Take messages for members who may be on the course Assist in receivingshipping of inventory Recruit tournament participants Assist in placing special orders Keep stockroom in proper order Vacuum and dust the shop each day Check in members and guests for golf play and keep daily records of rounds Assist with special promotions and sales Attend staff meetings Any other duties deemed important by the Director of Golf or the Head Golf Professional Assistance with tournaments Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
