Our client, a vibrant community-focused organization, is seeking a Pool Attendant

• Part Time to join their team.

As a Pool Attendant, you will be part of the recreational services supporting a welcoming environment for all guests. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a strong sense of responsibility which will align successfully in the organization.

What’s the Job?
Monitor pool visitors to ensure all guests have passes (no tailgating at gate).
Observe pool guest behavior and provide friendly reminders about the rules; document incidents when necessary.
Perform light cleaning around the pool area to maintain a pleasant environment.
Work flexible shifts from 1 PM to 8 PM, adapting to the needs of the pool schedule.
Engage positively with guests, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
What’s Needed?
No prior experience is required; a willingness to learn and engage is essential.
Ability to interact with guests in a friendly and respectful manner.
Comfortable working outdoors and withstanding some heat.
Open schedule flexibility to accommodate varying shift needs.
A mature attitude that promotes a positive environment without misusing authority.
