Conditions:

Once you “call off” more than 3 times in a 6 month period : you are demoted to $11/13 rate. You are allowed to go on unpaid vacation twice a calendar year (taking those days off) with no demotion to $11/13 rate. We need to know a month in advance. Quarterly, if you need to take ONE of the set day/times off, it must be replaced with another shift (weekend/matinee etc.) This position does require to be available on holidays. We are open 365 days a year.

Job Description:

A Team Member is a trustworthy, energetic employee that assists management in running the day-to-day operations of a movie theater while providing outstanding customer service. Team members have outgoing personalities and willingly interact with our customers to assist with their needs / concerns. Job Duties (Not all-encompassing): A Team Member is responsible for learning these positions at the theater: Box Office

• Sells tickets and maintains/cleans ticketing area. Concession
• Sells concessions and maintains/cleans concession area. Door
• Collects tickets and directs customers to proper theaters. Usher
• Cleans theaters, lobby, hallways, outside areas and restrooms. Birthday Usher
• helping birthdays get their concession items and seated for film. Concierge
• Greets customers when they arrive and leave the theater.

Food prep-Making specialty drinks, hot food items, and following health code. Seater-Taking people to their physical chairs in the auditorium.

Requirements:

• Valid ID and Social Security Card or Birth Certificate OR a Valid Passport
• Must be available weekly following the schedule posted above.
• Energetic and friendly
• Regular and consistent attendance
• The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee may occasionally be required to lift up to 60 pounds. Employee is frequently required to walk and stand to perform the duties of this job.
