Position Summary:

We are seeking a responsible, safety-minded Pool Attendant to oversee the daily operations of our community pool. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, welcoming, and safe environment for residents. The ideal candidate is attentive, friendly, and committed to upholding community standards and pool safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Open and close the pool according to community schedule and procedures Ensure the pool area is clean and safe by regularly skimming debris, checking water clarity, and organizing furniture Perform water testing and record chemical measurements to maintain proper chemical balance (training provided if necessary) Enforce pool rules and community policies to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all residents Monitor and check in/out residents and their guests in accordance with community access policies Maintain accurate records of daily pool log sheets, attendance, and any incidents Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to the property management team promptly Provide friendly, customer-service-oriented assistance to residents and guests

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a pool attendant, lifeguard, or similar role preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Comfortable interacting with residents in a polite and professional manner Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions CPR or Lifeguard certification is a plus (not required but preferred) Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and peak season hours
