Customer service skills are important in this role, as you will also serve a limited menu of food and beverages to guest. Applicants should have some hospitality experience and must be comfortable working outside in various weather conditions, including high heat and humidity. This is a seasonal position beginning 5/23/25-8/31/2025

Job Description Essential Job Duties:

Set up pool seating and umbrellas. Remove used towels and trash from pool area. Fold and stock fresh towels and hand out fresh towels to guest Take food and beverage orders. Ensure guest follow the rules and safety guidelines. Other functions as assigned.

Competencies:

Customer Service Skills Hospitality experience (preferred) Comfortable working outside in high heat and humidity Current CPR certification Strong interpersonal communications skills

IMPORTANT EDUCATION

High school diploma or GED certificate (preferred)

IMPORTANT EXPERIENCE

5+ years of related experience

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This job operates in a professional outdoor environment. This role routinely requires good customer service skills and the ability to the proper equipment to complete daily task.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
