Seeking service manager who is energetic, results driven/motivated individual that takes pride in their work to develop and manage a residential swimming pool service company. Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the pool industry. Previous management experience a plus.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform start-ups and minor plumbing and have knowledge to perform on-site repairs on pool related equipment.
- Train maintenance technicians in the areas of trouble shooting and repairs and inspect the quality of work of the other maintenance personnel.
- Must be capable of performing administrative duties including following proper procedures for recording maintenance requests and responding to issues in a timely manner, use proper forms and maintain inventory and parts.
Education and Work Experience Requirements:
- five yrs. minimum maintenance experience required.
- must have a valid driver’s license.
- Certified pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred.
- Clean driving record and must be able to pass background check.
