We’re searching for an energetic, visionary General Manager totake charge of two Pilates studios in the Miami, FL area (33139 and33137). As the General Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat ofour studio, setting the tone for everything we do. From day one,you’ll be shaping the culture, creating a positive and motivatingatmosphere, and inspiring both clients and team members to reachtheir fullest potential. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing & Community Engagement:
Develop and implement localmarketing initiatives to attract new clients and enhance studiovisibility. Build and maintain strong relationships with localhealth, fitness, and wellness communities, as well as corporatepartners and influencers.
Instructing:
The candidate is expected to undergo a Pilatestraining program and instruct an average of 8 classes per week. Theexpectation of the General Manager is that in addition toinstructing 8 classes per week on average, they are in the studioduring class times for a minimum of 20 classes each week.
Studio Leadership:
Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring theseamless execution of company strategies, policies, and procedures.
Be the face of the studio, inspiring and guiding your team toachieve excellence.
Client Experience:
Ensure every client receives outstandingservice and an unparalleled fitness experience, adhering to highbrand standards.
Performance Management:
Analyze key performance metrics such assales, client retention, and class utilization. Use data-driveninsights to drive continuous improvement and achieve ambitiousstudio goals.
Team Development:
Cultivate a positive team culture througheffective communication, training, and mentorship. Oversee classand staff scheduling to ensure optimal studio operation.
Operations & Inventory:
Manage studio resources, includingsupplies, retail inventory, beverages, and any facilities issues.
Ensure all client inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly andpositively.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE 3-5
