The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves managing a team, ensuring inventory control, and fostering a positive environment that encourages both staff and clients to thrive.

Responsibilities :
  • Oversee daily studio operations, ensuring a clean, welcoming, and tranquil environment for clients and staff. Oversee ordering of cleaning supplies. Cleaning and maintenance, making sure housekeeper comes weekly
  • Deposit checks that come in by mail
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for memberships, class packages, retail products, retreats, and teacher trainings.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets across all studio offerings.
  • Generate, track, and convert leads into loyal clients through effective outreach, follow-up, and relationship-building.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Manage studio events
  • Schedule Front Desk staff
  • Recruit, train, motivate, and supervise front desk, sales, and support staff to deliver high-quality service and achieve sales goals.
  • Oversee retail operations: manage inventory, analyze sales data, and introduce new products aligned with client interests.
  • Support retreats and teacher trainings, including organizing information sessions and managing participant communications.
  • Collaborate with marketing and management teams to create and promote campaigns, events, and workshops.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, client retention, and customer feedback using studio management software (e.g., MindBody).
  • Prepare and present regular sales and operational reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Manage studio finances, including budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and expense management.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and community-focused studio culture that aligns with the studio’s mission and values.
  • Represent the studio professionally in all interactions, both in-person and online, including social media engagement and review responses.
  • Stay current with yoga industry trends, best practices, and local competition to keep the studio innovative and competitive.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and legal requirements.
  • Follow up on MindBody unpaid classes, expiring memberships & expiring credit cards.
