Club Manager Reports to:
CEO and General Manager Sales/Growth:
Document summary and follow-up notes, and complete sales day action items in a timely fashion. Meet seasonal performance goals. Go above and beyond to sell, promote, and market our programs before and during the season while maintaining current accounts.
Coaching and Staff Leadership:
Coach as needed to cover for absent coaches and at Demos. Assist in maintaining the master coaching schedule, handling cancellations and reschedules as needed. Assist in the preparation for the weekly practice programs. Hire, train, and manage coaches who will uphold a standard of excellence and create a positive reputation for PSG Academy Orlando.
Marketing and Communications:
Communicate with parents, directors, and other account representatives promptly, reliably, and professionally. Assist in completing the monthly player evaluation forms. Evaluate coaches on a monthly basis. Provide excellent customer service to all parents and partners.
Administration:
Schedule and prepare all materials to promote upcoming activities, including leagues, tournaments, and other events. Assist the owner with organizing and managing the registration and enrollment process. Maintain equipment and inventory. Meet weekly, seasonal, and annual goals and duties.
