Full time position for Permit Manager available for a swimming pool company.

Duties include:

Overseeing the process of obtaining necessary permits for swimming pool construction, organizing permit documentation, filing permits with government offices, ensuring projects adhere to local, state, & federal regulations, maintaining records of permits, licenses, & compliance documents, and ensuring proper payment of permit fees. Salary commensurate with experience. Free access to 24/7 Primary Care physician upon immediate employment. Drug Free Workplace. Must be 18 or older, organized, and have good communication skills. A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record of 3 years or more, or your own vehicle with appropriate insurance, is required. Must be available to work 8am to 4:30pm or 8:30am to 5pm.
