Swimming Pool Construction Project Manager is responsible for the operations and management scheduling the personnel. Oversees the complete day to day operation and ensures the personel is working to optimize safety and quality measures.
Essential Functions:
Establish productivity, service and safety targets for routes and drivers Utilize Buildertrend to schedule, manage, and track multiple ongoing projects through completion. Maintain a positive work environment that motivates and engages employees while driving customer satisfaction. Ensure customer expectations and satisfaction are maintained; customer issues and complaints are addressed and resolved in a timely manner Coach, mentor, and performance-manage Communicate and help problem-solve roadblocks Ensure employees are properly trained to perform their job duties safely and effectively Promote a safe work environment . Local travel required via company vehicle to customer locations to maintain high level of customer service Performs other related duties as assigned
Education, Licensure and Experience Requirements:
Buildertrend, Microsoft office is required. Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent. 5+ years of swimming pool construction experience is required. 5+ years of employee management is required.
Competencies/Skills:
