Fitness Manager USA Ninja Challenge – Woodstock 185 Stockwood Drive, Woodstock, GA 30188 Overview Looking for an athletically-inclined, detailed-orientated individual who loves working with kids, and is a capable leader! Experience with the sport of Ninja is preferred while we provide on the job training for this role. Experience in management, book-keeping, education, and/or fitness instruction with children is a plus! Duties Supervise and support instructors, providing guidance and training to enhance their performance. Fully run classes, camps and parties that consists of up to 20 kids per session with another ninja instructor. Help plan weekly obstacle training courses for the classes. Manage daily operations of the gym, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all members. Work with the owner to develop and implement sales strategies to increase membership and retention rates. Communicate effectively with team members and members to foster a positive atmosphere. Conduct regular assessments of fitness programs and services to ensure they meet the needs of our clientele, including safety and fun. Oversee shift management, ensuring adequate staffing levels during peak hours. Collaborate with marketing teams to promote fitness programs and special events. Requirements Dedication in working with children with a positive demeanor. Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the youth fitness industry or a related field. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Demonstrated experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving sales targets. Exceptional leadership qualities that inspire team performance and member engagement. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups.
