About the Role The Studio Manager will be responsible for driving membership sales and increasing revenue annually by 20% year over year. Responsibilities Making at least 50 phone calls to prospective leads Closing 2 membership sales per week Managing a tiny but mighty team Qualifications Previous experience managing a fitness or wellness studio preferred An active Personal Training or Group Fitness certification preferred Required Skills Basic CRM and Microsoft Office / Google Office experience A passion for executing sales tasks, including pop up marketing, B2B and B2C sales A love for fitness and bringing it to the local community Leading a team and inspiring! Pay range and compensation package This is a full time on-site position that will be Monday-Friday, working 45 hours per week.
