Health Club Manager Position Available In Fulton, Georgia

Health Club Manager American Fitness Center 612 West Crossville Road, Roswell, GA 30075 We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Health Club Manager to lead our fitness-focused club operations. This role combines health expertise with business acumen to create exceptional member experiences while managing our lifestyle team. The ideal candidate will thrive in our fast-paced, team-oriented culture while promoting holistic wellness through our premium amenities and services. Primary Responsibilities Oversee all staff and facility operations to ensure excellent member experiences Sell various high-end amenities and departments across the club Assist clients with health and wellness needs, primarily in The Health Bar and The Recovery Realm Create and manage community growth events to boost brand awareness and overall sales Facilitate sales in all departments, nurturing leads and prospects Maintain facility, handle check-ins and payments Create and manage shift schedules for all staff Train new staff and handle performance management, including disciplinary actions Write performance reviews and provide recommendations for promotions Ensure sales quotas in all departments are not just met but exceeded Drive member engagement and social media presence Coordinate community outreach efforts Assist with childcare when necessary Knowledge & Expertise Understanding of macro and micronutrients Knowledge of natural medicine and therapeutics (Red Light Therapy, Cryotherapy) Health club operations management experience (at least 2+ years) Staff engagement and management skills Experience with member engagement strategies Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment What We Offer Team-oriented, holistic health-focused workplace culture Family-based environment with growth opportunities Competitive benefits package Professional development and advancement potential Career Advancement Opportunities This position offers the opportunity to advance to Area Manager, maintaining the same responsibilities while assisting in day-to-day management functions and leading member engagement, social media, and community outreach efforts across multiple locations.
