Adrian Dr, Greensboro, GA 30642 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pool Manager to oversee the daily operations of our swimming pool facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management, customer service, and leadership, ensuring that all guests enjoy a safe and enjoyable experience. The Pool Manager will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Need :

Experience in pool and wellness center operations Responsibilities Supervise and train pool staff, including lifeguards and maintenance personnel. Oversee daily operations of the pool facility, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met. Manage customer service inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction. Control inventory levels for pool supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary. Maintain accurate records of payroll, employee schedules, and attendance. Implement sales strategies to promote pool memberships and programs. Conduct regular inspections of the pool area to ensure compliance with health regulations. Develop and enforce policies related to pool usage, safety protocols, and staff conduct. Qualifications Previous experience in a management role such as Assistant Manager or Store Management is preferred. Strong background in Customer Service with excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Inventory Control practices to manage supplies effectively. Demonstrated Time Management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently. Familiarity with Cash Register operations for handling transactions. Experience in Payroll management to ensure accurate employee compensation. Proven Leadership abilities to motivate and guide a team towards achieving goals. Ability to sell memberships or programs effectively while promoting the facility’s offerings.
