Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the fitness facility
• Manage and lead a team of fitness trainers and staff
• Develop and implement fitness programs and initiatives
• Ensure high-quality customer service is provided to all members and guests
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of fitness equipment and supplies
• Recruit, train, and evaluate fitness staff
• Create and manage schedules for fitness trainers and staff
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate fitness events and promotions
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner

Skills:

• Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team of fitness trainers and staff
• Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for members and guests
• Experience in store management, including inventory control, payroll, and sales management
• Ability to recruit, train, and develop a team of fitness professionals
• Strong organizational skills to manage schedules, programs, and events
