What your day looks like:

Generate leads inside and outside the club (approximately 4-12 per day). Contact members with a minimum of 40 calls and 60 texts each day. Conduct tours when available to sell memberships. Conduct four fast tracks per day with members.

Responsibilities:

Assists the Fitness Manager in identifying and cultivating future talent to build a high-performing team of personal trainers and assistant fitness managers. Assists the Fitness Manager in recruiting, hiring, and promoting exceptional assistant fitness managers, lead trainers, and trainers. Consistently recognizes and rewards outstanding performance to foster motivation and engagement. Provides targeted coaching and constructive feedback to enhance team competency and growth. Upholds consistent, fair, and effective people practices, taking appropriate action when necessary. Drives consistent achievement or surpassing of performance targets across all club areas. Delivers ongoing follow-up and actionable feedback on initiatives, systems, and programs to assistant club managers and hourly teammates.
