(Supervisory or management experience preferred as a prerequisite for consideration).

Responsibilities of Club Managers include:

Provide excellent customer service to members and provide a timely resolution for any escalated issue. Meet and exceed revenue goals while still providing a high level of customer service. Provide a friendly, clean, well maintained state-of-the-art facility to enhance the member’s experience. L.A. Requirements for Club Manager include:

At least a 4-year college degree. Retail, food, hospitality experience a plus. Customer service skills. Excellent, professional communication skills with both internal and external contacts. Skilled at balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Must be courteous and tactful. Exceptional telephone skills Highly organized Must be at least 18 years old. This position if full time with benefits. Hours are Monday through Thursday 9 am – 6 pm and Friday 8 am – 5 pm.
