As the Fitness Manager, you’ll oversee our health, fitness, and wellness programs, manage a team of certified personal trainers, support the Group Exercise programs and staff, while ensure an exceptional member experience in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily operations of the Fitness, Health & Wellness Department Manage personal training staff, clients, and program development Serve as a Personal Trainer and Wellness Coach as needed Support Group Exercise programs and staff members Mentor and develop a high-performing fitness team Promote member engagement and retention through excellent service Design innovative training programs tailored to community needs Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming fitness facility Support YMCA community events and health initiatives Oversee scheduling, supply inventory, and equipment upkeep
Qualifications:
