Collaboration Pool Manager Responsbilities… The purpose of the Pool Manager position is to provide a safe and risk-free environment in the NRH pool area by assisting the multi-disciplinary therapists in providing safe aquatic therapy programs for the inpatient and outpatient clients of pediatric, adult and geriatric ages at NRH, the community and other programs that are available at the NRH therapeutic pool in Salem, New Hampshire. To qualify you must… 1. High School Graduate 2. CPR certified. 3. Certified WSI or eligible. 4. Good organizational and time management skills. 5. Good general health and emotional stability. 6. Adequate physical strength to assist with resistive activities. 7. On the job training in use of equipment and department methods and procedures. 8. Dependable, conscientious and sincerely interested in aquatics. 9. Ability to relate well to others and work with patients of all ages including pediatrics, young adults, adults and geriatrics.
