What are we looking for:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales & People leader to lead future SWTHZ locations in Central New Jersey. The Studio Leader will oversee all aspects of SWTHZ’s studio construction, operations, people and culture and performance. This includes overseeing and driving revenue, sales, studio operations, customer experience, and community impact. The ideal candidate is a leader in sales and customer-obsessed, with tremendous leadership skills. They have experience in selling themselves, coaching salespeople, sales team management, customer service training, marketing, lead generation, leadership and always leading by example. This is a high-impact, high-effort role – Your work will make a significant impact and contribution to the growth of STRONG, for which you will be rewarded. Who is the right leader for this role: You do not need to be a trainer, or come from a fitness background for this role, we are looking for people who know how to lead and are passionate about people and fitness! Here are some of the things you’ll do: Lead and inspire a team of wellness professionals to deliver outstanding client experiences. Oversee daily studio operations, ensuring a clean, welcoming, and efficient environment. Manage scheduling, inventory, and financial transactions to optimize studio performance. Develop and implement strategies to drive membership sales and client retention. Foster a positive and inclusive studio culture that aligns with STRONG’s values. Coordinate and host marketing networking events, collaborations, and community outreach activities. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, providing regular reports to upper management. Stay current with industry trends and continuously seek opportunities for innovation and improvement. Here is how we will measure your success: You will be evaluated on the following metrics. Surpassing these metrics successfully for a calendar year will open growth opportunities. Studio Performance (revenue, expense & EBITDA) Team member retention and satisfaction Achieving & surpassing new member monthly goals Achieving revenue goals Successful secret shopper visit scores Listen 360 and team member culture scores Here is what we want from you: Proven experience in a leadership role within the health, wellness, or hospitality industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Passion for health, wellness, and a commitment to providing a top-notch client experience. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting.
