We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Assistant Aquatics Director to join our team and support the daily operations of our aquatic facilities and programs. This role is ideal for a motivated leader with a strong background in aquatics management, water safety, and team supervision. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring a safe, inclusive, and fun environment for all campers and staff.

Our renowned swim program is set across 6 beautiful, heated pools. We implement the American Red Cross Swim Program. Our aquatics team is made up of a fun, collaborative group of teachers as well as college and high school students. Every member of our team plays a huge role in helping our campers have fun and gain confidence in the water.

Qualifications:

Current certifications in Lifeguarding, CPR/AED, and First Aid (Instructor-level certifications a plus) Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Candidates should have a strong swimming background Prior experience working in a camp setting is a plus
