The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and multifaceted Studio Manager for our Lancaster, PA studio. This is a pivotal leadership role for a talented, driven, and reliable professional who will serve as the heart of our studio. You will be responsible for driving sales and growth, championing our unique member experience and community, and ensuring seamless operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Growth Leadership:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed membership and revenue targets. Lead the entire sales process, from lead generation (grassroots marketing, community outreach) to closing sales and fostering member retention. Manage and optimize multiple revenue streams, including memberships, class packages, personal training, retail, and add-on services.

Community & Member Experience:

Champion the I Am Limitless culture of positivity, support, and empowerment in all interactions. Develop and implement strategies to enhance member engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Plan and execute community-building events and initiatives that bring our brand to life. Ensure an unparalleled member experience by leading the team to deliver exceptional, empathetic customer service.

Operations & Team Development:

Oversee all aspects of daily studio operations, including class and staff scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring the facility is impeccably maintained. Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and provide ongoing development and performance management for all studio staff. Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance team culture aligned with I Am Limitless values. Implement and maintain efficient operational processes, ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 3+ years of experience in a management role, preferably in fitness, wellness, retail, or hospitality. Proven success in a sales-driven environment, with experience in lead generation, meeting targets, and training others in sales. Demonstrated experience in team leadership, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management. A genuine passion for fitness and a deep resonance with the I Am Limitless mission of positive empowerment. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and empathy skills with a talent for building strong relationships and communities. Strong organizational, operational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. Proficiency with CRM/studio management software (Mindbody experience is a plus) and standard business applications. A highly motivated, reliable, and proactive leader who thrives in a dynamic environment.
