Pilates Studio Leadership Associate Club Pilates Upper Dublin Dresher, PA 19025 Job Overview We are opening a brand new pilates studio and seeking a dedicated and dynamic Assistant General Manager to join our growing team! In this role, you will support the Owner/ General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional service quality, and maintaining a high standard of exercise safety and team productivity. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for the fitness, contributing to a positive work environment while driving operational excellence. Duties Assist in managing daily operations of the pilates studio, ensuring smooth service and adherence to company policies. Oversee member experience to maintain high standards of quality and safety. Train, develop, and mentor staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork. Conduct interviews for potential hires, assessing candidates’ skills and fit for the team. Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with corporate regulations. Collaborate with Lead Instructor to optimize and enhance customer satisfaction. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies and retail apparel as needed. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive dining experience. Lead membership sales efforts and manage outcomes to hit growth and retention goals as set by ownership. Organize and attend external local events to promote the studio’s brand and membership sales.

Has an “ownership mentality” and willingness to identify and lead projects and initiatives as needed. High degree of comfort with technology, reporting, and metrics. Problem solver that can successfully work with members and team on creative positive outcomes through strong communication and relationship building. Sales experience is a big plus! Experience Previous experience in a supervisory role within a fitness, healthcare, or retail environment. Strong background in people management and retail operations is essential. Proven ability in training development and staff management. Knowledge of health and safety standards and fitness practices is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
