We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Studio Manager to lead our team and operations at our Graduate Hospital location in Philadelphia .

Job Summary:

The Studio Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the studio’s performance—including team leadership, customer service, sales, and day-to-day operations. If you’re a proactive, people-focused leader with a passion for wellness and community, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily studio operations, including scheduling, payroll, inventory, and cleanliness Hire, train, and lead front desk staff and support instructors Deliver an exceptional client experience and build strong member relationships Drive sales through membership conversions and local marketing Track and report studio performance metrics (sales, attendance, retention) Collaborate with the corporate team on events, promotions, and brand initiatives Ensure compliance with company standards and safety protocols

Qualifications:

2+ years of management experience in fitness, retail, or hospitality Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Tech-savvy with experience using scheduling or CRM tools (e.g., MindBody) Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends Passion for fitness, wellness, and delivering exceptional customer service
