Pool Monitors must be at least 16 years or old. Pool Monitors are responsible for identifying and addressing potential accident hazards in our pool and lakefront area. An individual who can respond quickly, intelligently, and decisively with established emergency and accident management procedures will be the best for this position. In addition, the pool monitors enforce all pool rules while interacting with our guests, so a personality that can handle all issues with consistency, courtesy and fairness with both a positive and professional demeanor will be most successful.
