Assistant Manager Fitness Center (FT) – Clarendon

JOB DESCRIPTION
Maintains a professional image and exhibits excellent customer relations to patients, visitors, physicians, and co-workers in accordance with our Service Excellence Standards and Core Values. Responsible for the management of daily operations of the Health and Fitness Center to include collection and process of membership fees.
Supervises and coordinates activities of office and gym staff, prepares work schedules and expedites workflow.
Provides information to members, community and Director as appropriate.
Assists with the direction and evaluation of programs and services of the facility.
Ensures supplies are at an adequate level and places orders as needed.
Prepares reports and statistical data when requested.
Maintains all required records of the facility; demonstrates good organizational skills.
Assists the Director of Rehab with the formulation of the annual budget.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications /Training
Minimum of one (1) year management/supervisory experience in a healthcare setting or wellness or fitness center.
Licenses/Certifications/Registrations/Education:
Minimum of a High School Diploma/GED from an accredited school
Current BLS certification
