The Position:
Fitness Director Job Description:
Conduct and Create Success sessions in club. Approx 50% of time spent. Conduct PT Sessions when needed Approx 25% of time spent. Connect members to fitness results by selling PT programs. Support The Department by ensuring administrative tasks are being delivered . Approx 25% of time spent. o Plan and implement strategies to grow club’s Fitness Department. o Ensure club is properly staffed in with PTs. o Rollout key initiatives in PT in the club. o Perform regular club audits to assess the performance of the PT department in your club. o Evaluate PT service quality and identify training needs. o Perform regular coaching and documentation when needed of downline PT’s. o Join all FD calls and activities. o Assist GM with activities to develop team and drive overall performance.
