This key leadership role is responsible for driving revenue, overseeing ticket sales and marketing, managing/overseeing stadium operations, and aligning our youth academy, camps, and clinics to support long-term sustainability. Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Generation:

Lead strategies across sponsorships, ticket sales, merchandise, and youth programming to support and offset first-team expenses.

Business & Fan Development:

Grow the club’s presence through innovative business strategies and fan engagement initiatives.

Ticket Sales & Fan Experience:

Oversee ticketing strategy, group sales, and promotions to maximize attendance and fan satisfaction.

Youth Programming:

Align our academy, camps, and clinics with business goals to generate income and expand the club’s reach.

Stadium & Game Day Operations:

Manage all aspects of match day execution, vendor coordination, staffing, and stadium profitability.

Marketing & Community Relations:

Build and execute marketing campaigns that elevate the Red Wolves brand and connect with fans and sponsors.

Club Operations:

Oversee budgets, staffing, and day-to-day business activities to ensure smooth and efficient club performance.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in sports or team management Demonstrated success in revenue generation and business operations Strong leadership and communication skills Familiarity with youth soccer structure and community programming is a plus Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and match days Why Join the Chattanooga Red Wolves?
