Summer Camp Leader The Motherhood Village Coral Springs, FL 33065 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Camp Leader to join our team. The Camp Leader will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and fun environment for children during camp activities. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to connect with children, and a passion for fostering their growth and development. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students and a background in early childhood education or related fields. Duties Plan, organize, and lead daily camp activities that promote physical, social, and emotional development. Supervise campers to ensure their safety and well-being at all times. Foster positive relationships with campers, encouraging teamwork and cooperation. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding camper progress and any concerns. Implement age-appropriate educational programs that align with childhood development principles. Maintain a clean and organized camp environment, ensuring all equipment is safe for use. Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive camp experience. Participate in training sessions and staff meetings as required. Skills Experience working with students in a camp or educational setting is essential. Background in early childhood education or daycare is highly desirable. Knowledge of childhood development principles to support camper growth. Strong classroom management skills to maintain an orderly environment.
