Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
Oversees the overall operation of meet and greet/show performances to facilitate and ensure an enjoyable and efficient guest and performer experience; Supports management in directing and coordinating activities of department and team members by performing the following duties.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitors and assists multiple performers and guests before, during and after show and meet and greet performances to ensure exceptional experiences. Provides direction for guest flow. Monitors performance length and guest count. Provides up to date and accurate information regarding all set/shows. Responsible for the safety and physical well-being of performers while on set.
Provides work direction to team members. Communicates performance, behavior standards and expectations; provides feedback for recognition and performance improvement. Captures written behaviors using the Lead Observation Report to support managerial and supervisory documentation. Assists with training new and current team members. Assigns who will provide daily training. Informs team members of current and new company policies and procedures. Observes and directs staff member’s compliance with wardrobe and grooming standards.
Completes assigned paperwork/observation reports including guest counts, informational/historical log.
Performs venue administrative responsibilities, including opening and closing duties, as needed.
Participates in sets/shows as directed by Entertainment Management.
Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION
High school degree or GED required.
Associate’s Degree (AA) or equivalent preferred.
EXPERIENCE
1-3
Years:
Hospitality background preferred, particularly in the areas of Entertainment, Guest Services, and/or Operations; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
