Lead Club Fitter & Repair Specialist Venice Golf Center Venice, FL 34292 Overview The Master Club Fitter & Repair Specialist at Venice Golf Center is responsible for providing exceptional custom club fitting experiences, performing expert club repairs, and driving equipment sales through technical expertise and superior customer service. This position combines technical knowledge, sales acumen, and customer relationship management to maximize department revenue while ensuring golfers receive optimal equipment solutions for their game. Experience Required 2-10 years of club fitting and repair experience required PGA certification or equivalent industry credentials preferred Proficiency with leading launch monitor technologies (TrackMan, GCQuad, etc.)

Essential Functions:

Provides comprehensive club fitting services using industry-leading technology to analyze customers’ swing characteristics and recommend optimal equipment solutions Performs precise club repair services including re-gripping, re-shafting, loft/lie adjustments, and custom builds to manufacturer specifications Analyzes sales data and fitting metrics to identify business opportunities and communicate results to management team Establishes and maintains trusted relationships with customers through technical expertise, product knowledge, and exceptional service Manages fitting schedule and repair workflow to maximize department efficiency and customer satisfaction Maintains comprehensive knowledge of current equipment offerings, technology innovations, and fitting methodologies across all major manufacturers Drives services revenue through fitting conversions, repair services, and related equipment sales

Management:

Oversees fitting department operations including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control Communicates company initiatives and promotions to customers Assists store management with general supervision and operation as needed, including key carrier responsibilities Maintains fitting bay and repair shop organization to ensure professional presentation and workspace efficiency

Operations:

Executes all equipment and fitting directives from company leadership Ensures proper handling and tracking of demo equipment to maintain inventory accuracy Maintains repair equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance and longevity Complies with all safety protocols and operational standards Performs additional tasks as assigned by management

Compensation Package Annual Base Salary:

$55,000
