The Country Club of Columbus is hiring a Service Supervisor for our brand-new Pool Pavilion Restaurant , located next to our stunningly renovated pool. This full-service restaurant is the heart of our club’s safe, fun, and family-friendly summer experience — and we need a motivated, service-driven leader to help us deliver exceptional moments all season long.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and motivate a team of servers and bartenders with professionalism and energy Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the Pool Pavilion dining service Provide hands-on support during high-volume service, including bartending when needed Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and member satisfaction Uphold a detail-oriented and hospitality-first approach to leadership Train and mentor staff to meet and exceed expectations Serve as a liaison between front-of-house and management

Requirements:

Must be 18 years or older Bartending experience required Prior hospitality and entry-level leadership experience required Strong communication and team-building skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor summer environment Availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays A passion for creating a welcoming, high-performance culture This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to step up into leadership , support a dynamic team, and deliver five-star service in a fun, professional, and energetic setting.
