Position Overview:

As an Guest Experience Manager, you will report directly to the General Manager (GM) You’ll be a key player in maintaining high operational standards and ensuring a great experience for both our team and guests. Flexibility is essential as this role requires availability on weekends and holidays.

Experience:

Background in hospitality, including theme parks, family entertainment centers, hotels, resorts, casinos, or restaurants (2+ years preferred).

Proven experience in facility operations and staff management.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Communication:

Strong verbal and written skills, with the ability to interact clearly with all levels of staff, management, and guests.

Relationship Builder:

Able to establish and maintain positive working relationships with employees, vendors, and management.

Innovative Thinker:

Ability to contribute fresh ideas to improve operations.

Key Responsibilities:
People Leadership:

Hire, train, and mentor staff to help them grow their skills and potential. Foster a team-oriented environment that consistently delivers exceptional customer service. Motivate and guide managerial staff, ensuring maximum productivity through effective leadership. Oversee employee recognition and incentive programs, ensuring they are carried out as planned.

Operations Management:

Ensure a safe, clean, and secure environment for all guests and staff. Oversee daily operations, including attractions, café, and party services. Drive continuous improvement in operations by focusing on attention to detail and adherence to company standards. Support and guide all team members to consistently meet high performance expectations. Promote positive employee relations, maintain high staff morale, and uphold operational standards. Why Join Us?
