Summary We are seeking a Dining Room Supervisor to join our team at The Village Club of Sands Point. In this role, you will oversee dining operations, ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests while maintaining high standards of service and hospitality. Responsibilities Supervise daily dining room operations to ensure high-quality service and guest satisfaction. Train and manage dining staff to deliver exceptional hospitality and fine dining experiences. Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food service. Monitor guest feedback and address any concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, adhering to health and safety regulations. Assist in menu planning and special event coordination as needed. Requirements Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of fine dining service standards and practices. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
