Your role in our mission
Supervise and coordinate activities of claims representatives, examiners, and support staff.
Monitor workloads, workflows, and productivity to ensure timely and accurate claims processing.
Review claims for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to policy guidelines.
Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluations for claims team members.
Serve as an escalation point for complex or disputed claims and ensure resolution in a timely manner.
Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., underwriting, legal, customer service) as needed.
Maintain knowledge of industry regulations, insurance policies, and best practices.
Generate reports on claims performance, trends, and operational metrics.
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and organizational requirements.
What we’re looking for
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, insurance or related field required
Six or more years of claims experience
Two or more years of leadership experience
Experience working with proper claims handling, policies and procedures
Experience working with computer based analysis tools
Experience working with insurance and/or medical terminology
What you should expect in this role
On-site location is Camp Hill, PA.
To effectively work as a teleworker with Gainwell, employees’ Broadband Internet connections, should have a minimum speed of 24MBS download and 8MBS upload. Candidates must live in the Camp Hill, PA area or in a 50-mile radius of Camp Hill, PA.

The pay range for this position is $50,600.00 – $72,300.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
