Responsibilities Provide exceptional guest services by greeting attendees and assisting with inquiries. Support food service operations by serving food and beverages efficiently. Help set up and break down event spaces, ensuring all areas are clean and organized. Monitor guest activities to ensure safety and compliance with event regulations. Assist in managing crowd control during events to maintain a positive atmosphere. Collaborate with team members to execute event logistics effectively. Address any conflicts or issues that arise promptly and professionally. Engage with children during family-friendly events, ensuring their safety and enjoyment. Requirements Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred. Background in food service or events management is a plus.
