Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in planning, scheduling, and executing events that elevate our brand’s presence and engage our target audience. Events include in-store tastings, trade festivals, music festivals, and promotions at restaurants and bars. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and passionate about creating memorable experiences that reflect our brand’s identity.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Planning and Execution:

o Coordinate logistics for events such as in-store tastings, festivals, corporate gatherings, and other promotional activities. o Manage event timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.o Research, identify, and secure venues for a variety of events including retail tastings, festivals, and on-premise activations. o Develop and maintain a calendar of events to ensure optimal coverage and strategic alignment with brand goals. 2.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management:

o Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and venue representatives to ensure successful event execution.o Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales) to align event goals with broader business strategies. o Negotiate contracts and manage logistics, ensuring all requirements are met for each event. 3.

Promotion & Branding:

o Ensure all events reflect the company’s branding and messaging guidelines. o Support promotional campaigns for events, including social media, email marketing, and partnerships. o Develop creative event concepts that enhance brand awareness and drive sales. 4.

On-Site Coordination:

o Supervise and/or coordinate event setup and breakdown, ensuring smooth operations and attention to detail. o Provide excellent customer service to attendees, partners, and stakeholders during events. 5.

Compliance & Logistics:

o Ensure all events comply with local and state alcohol regulations. o Manage permits, insurance, and other necessary documentation for events. 6.

Post-Event Analysis:

o Gather feedback and metrics to evaluate event success and inform future strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) is preferred. Proven experience in event planning and coordination. Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask under tight deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of alcohol regulations and event licensing requirements is a plus. Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to travel to event locations as needed. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.

Skills and Competencies:

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Creative problem-solving abilities. Must be 21+ years old with a valid ID. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Passion for the beverage industry and creating memorable consumer experiences.
