Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Studio Manager. The Assistant Studio Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the studio, assisting in administrative tasks, and ensuring an excellent experience for our students and instructors.
Responsibilities:
Assist leadership in daily operations, including scheduling, customer inquiries, and studio maintenance. Coordinate class schedules and manage instructor assignments. Assist in marketing efforts, including social media management, event planning, and promotional campaigns. Handle student registration, enrollment, and payments. Provide exceptional customer service to students and parents, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally. Help maintain a clean and organized studio space, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all. Support instructors with class preparations and administrative tasks as needed. Assist in the development and implementation of studio policies and procedures. Contribute ideas for improving studio operations and enhancing the overall student experience. Assisting in studio events within the community and recitals.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a managerial role preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of studio management software. A commitment to promoting a positive and inclusive studio culture. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed. CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
